I have been a customer since the Beverly Hills location opened. I have never had an experience like I had today! I am an art dealer in the Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas. I often bring clients over to the restaurant for a celebration/thank you dinner and have enjoyed many an evening with family and friends as well. Today was truly the worst experience I have ever had in this restaurant. I brought clients over who decided they only had time for a few Mocha's (not an inexpensive coffee drink, I might add). The inital waitor was delightful, unfortunately his shift ended at 5 p.m. and we were handed over to the next shifts waitor for the section we were in. This waitor was painfully obvious about the fact that he would rather have us `dining` rather than drinking. He was the absolute rudest waitor I have ever had! My clients were very uncomfortable and actually commented, did I think they should order something in order to appease this waitor?!!!

Not on my worst day would I treat a cliet of the gallery in this manner. I was completely insulted! I could `possibly` understand his unwillingness to assist us if we were attempting to tie up a table during the dinner rush, this was not the case, virtually no one was in the restaurant during the 5 o'clock hour. I would think in light of current world events that Spago would welcome any business it could get. I am also quite sure that Mr. Puck would be less than pleased to find out that any customer of his was mistreated in any of his wonderful restaurants. I absolutely do intend to inform him at my earliest possible opportunity. This should have never happened. It should happen to no one else. I will think hard before coming back into the restaurant, there is plenty of competition in the Forum Shops that would be delighted to get my business.
